How to adjust a carburetor on a stihl weed eater.
Locate the screws on the carburetor that control idle speed and mixture. Turn the idle speed screw clockwise to increase speed or counterclockwise to decrease speed. Adjust the mixture by turning the screw marked “L” for a leaner mix or “H” for a richer mix. Test the weed eater by starting it and letting it run for a few minutes.
