Started my car to head to dealership and every single light on the dash is on relating to the safety features and every one is saying problem, then just continually scrolls through every feature saying problem. TPMS, ABS, ACC, LKAS, Brake Mitigation, etc. every single one flashing problem. No check engine light or anything like that.

The LKAS system and ACC system are enabled or disabled together. Actually turning lane centering on is a manual action you have to take, just like setting the cruise speed. If you're on roads with wonky mismarkings, you may not want the active LKAS to be on despite the passive "anti lane departure" system being enabled.
